We are looking for a dynamic Engineer – Production (MI) to manage and optimize manufacturing processes. In this role, you will oversee production line execution (Wave Soldering, Coating, ICT & FCT), along with process setup, monitoring, and coordination with maintenance teams. You will also focus on quality improvement (FPY, defect analysis, CAPA) and handle ERP documentation, reporting and operator management while ensuring compliance with safety and audit standards.
