Location: — POR –VADODARA Experience: 3–5 years Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in HR / MBA (HR) preferred Role Summary The HR Executive will support day-to-day HR operations · Recruitment, employee records, attendance, compliance · Employee engagement · Ensuring smooth people processes aligned with company policies. Key Responsibilities ü Handle end-to-end recruitment coordination (sourcing, interviews, offers, joining formalities) ü Maintain employee records, files, and HR documentation ü Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination ü Support onboarding and induction of new employees ü Assist in performance management and appraisals ü Handle employee queries, grievances, and basic disciplinary coordination ü Support statutory compliance and audits (PF, ESI, labor records) ü Coordinate training, engagement activities, and Learning initiatives ü Ensure adherence to HR policies and code of conduct Key Requirements: – Ø Good knowledge of HR processes and labor laws Ø Experience in recruitment and HR operations Ø Familiarity with attendance, payroll inputs, and compliance documentation Ø Strong communication and coordination skills Ø Ability to handle confidential information responsibly Ø Preferred • Experience in a manufacturing/factory environment Ø Exposure to shop-floor HR activities Ø Immediate or short-notice joiners Facilities :- Ø Bus Transportation from Vadodara Ø Canteen Facility Ø Uniform Ø General shift Interested may share their cv at hr@orianaa.com
